4. Mobile App Permissions
The mobile app may request device permissions only when needed for a feature you choose to use. Camera access is used to capture a home or property image for upload. Photo library or storage access is used to select, upload, save, or download images. Notifications are used for service messages such as generation status, account alerts, security notices, reminders, or promotional messages where permitted and where you have opted in. We do not currently collect precise GPS location. If a future feature requires precise location, we will ask for permission and update our disclosures before using it.
You can change permissions through your device settings. If you turn off a permission, related features may not work correctly.
5. Sensitive Information, People in Images, and Face Detection
ReimagineHome is designed for home, interior, exterior, landscape, staging, and property-design imagery. We do not ask you to upload images of people, government IDs, health information, financial account numbers, precise location, or other sensitive information.
A photo you upload may inadvertently include an identifiable person or face. We do not use facial data to identify or authenticate anyone, and we do not create or store face templates. Any face detection used in the mobile app is performed on-device only for safety, unsupported-content, and product-quality purposes, such as discouraging uploads that contain identifiable people. On-device face-detection signals are not sent to our servers as biometric identifiers.
If you upload an image that contains a person or sensitive information, we may reject it, mark it as unsupported, remove it, or process it only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, or troubleshoot the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload any image you submit.
6. How We Use Information and Our Legal Bases
We use information to provide the Service, create and manage your account, process uploads and prompts, generate AI-assisted design outputs, maintain security, handle support, process entitlements and refunds, improve reliability, comply with law, and send messages where permitted. For users in the EEA, UK, and similar regions, our legal bases are summarized below.

7. AI Processing, Safety Controls, Moderation, and Training Use
The Service uses AI-assisted technology and third-party AI model and image-processing providers to process home-related images, prompts, annotations, reference images, project details, and related inputs and outputs. These providers process information as needed to provide generation, editing, quality, safety, reliability, and support functions for the Service.
We use automated and manual safety controls to detect and restrict unsupported or prohibited content, including NSFW content, child-safety risks, illegal content, harmful content, non-home imagery, IP-infringing content, and attempts to bypass product limitations. Users can report or flag outputs or shared content in-app or by contacting help@reimaginehome.ai. We review reports and may remove, restrict, or disable content, links, accounts, or access where appropriate.
We do not use your private uploaded images or private generated outputs to train public third-party foundation models unless you expressly opt in, give permission, or the use is covered by separate written terms. We may use prompts, usage information, user feedback, de-identified or aggregated information, safety signals, and limited review samples to operate, evaluate, debug, secure, and improve ReimagineHome. Where we use a third-party AI provider, we use contractual and technical controls appropriate to the provider and processing activity.
Outputs may be labeled, watermarked, tagged, or accompanied by metadata indicating that they are AI-generated or AI-assisted. We may add or preserve such labels to comply with platform rules, safety standards, or applicable law.
8. How We Share Information
We share information only as described in this Policy, including with service providers that help us operate the Service, with your direction or consent, as part of public or share features you choose to use, or when required for legal, safety, security, compliance, or business-transfer purposes.
We do not permit our service providers to use your personal information for their own independent purposes except where allowed by applicable law and their role as an independent controller, such as payment processing, fraud prevention, tax compliance, or legal obligations.

12. Do Not Sell or Share, Targeted Advertising, and GPC
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to control certain uses or disclosures of your personal information, including for marketing, analytics, cookies, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or similar purposes.
Where required by law, we provide choices that allow you to opt out of or withdraw consent for certain marketing, advertising, analytics, cookie, or tracking activities. You may exercise these choices by using our cookie or privacy preference tools, using any available “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or privacy choices link on our website, changing your browser or device settings, unsubscribing from marketing emails, or contacting us at help@reimaginehome.ai.
Some U.S. privacy laws, including California law, use terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising.” These terms may apply to certain analytics, advertising, retargeting, referral, or measurement technologies even when personal information is not exchanged for money. Where these laws apply, you may opt out of those activities as required by law.
For users in the EEA, UK, and similar regions, we request consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies where required. You may withdraw consent or change your preferences through our cookie or privacy preference tools. You may also object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control signals, where required by applicable law and technically feasible for the browser, device, or platform sending the signal.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” opt-out unless we provide the required notice and choice.
If we introduce a referral-credit, promotional-credit, loyalty, rewards, or similar program that may be considered a financial incentive, different-price program, or similar privacy-regulated benefit under applicable law, we will provide the required notice before you enroll.
13. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. The table below describes our current retention approach.
Account and profile data is retained while your account is active. After an account deletion request, it is deleted or anonymized within 14 days, except for records we must retain for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
Uploaded images and project content are retained while your account is active or until you delete the item. After account deletion, they are removed or anonymized within 14 days unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.
Generated outputs and design history are retained while your account is active or until deleted. After account deletion, they are removed or anonymized within 14 days unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.
Prompts, annotations, and reference inputs are retained while your account is active or as needed for product continuity, support, safety, debugging, or improvement. After account deletion, they are removed or anonymized subject to the exceptions described in this Policy.
Payment, invoice, tax, refund, and entitlement records are generally retained for 7 years, or longer if required for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Security logs, fraud signals, and abuse or moderation records are retained as needed to protect the Service, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, and comply with law, generally up to 3 years unless a longer period is required.
Analytics and usage data is generally retained in identifiable form for up to 24 months where configured. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained for longer.
Crash and diagnostics data is generally retained for up to 24 months unless needed longer to investigate a security, reliability, or legal issue.
Support communications are generally retained for up to 3 years after resolution unless needed longer for disputes, legal compliance, or service quality.
Marketing preferences and consent records are retained while you remain subscribed or as needed to honor opt-outs, maintain consent history, and comply with legal obligations.
Backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before it is overwritten or deleted in accordance with our backup cycles.
14. Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion in the mobile app by going to Account Settings > Edit Profile > Delete Account, or you may request deletion through our public deletion page at https://www.reimaginehome.ai/help#account-deletion. You may also contact help@reimaginehome.ai for assistance.
When you initiate account deletion, we will place your account into a 14-day deletion process. You may ask us to revoke the deletion request by emailing help@reimaginehome.ai within the 14-day period.
When account deletion is initiated, we may cancel active entitlements associated with that account where technically available, including subscriptions, credits, plan access, or other paid account benefits. If you revoke the deletion request or reactivate your account during the 14-day period, your account access may be restored, but any entitlement that was already cancelled because of the deletion request will remain cancelled unless we expressly restore it or applicable law requires otherwise.
We will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account after a 14 day period, unless you revoke the deletion request during that period. We may retain information that we are required or permitted to keep for legal, tax, accounting, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, enforcement, or compliance purposes.
After deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to access your account, uploaded images, generated outputs, project details, credits, or other account data. If you want to use the Service again after deletion is completed, you will need to create a new account..
15. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include encrypted transmission, access controls, secure infrastructure, monitoring, vulnerability management, and internal access limits. No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. International Transfers
Styldod is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or IDTA where applicable, adequacy decisions, service-provider contractual commitments, and technical and organizational safeguards.
17. EEA and UK Representative Commitment
Styldod is a non-EU and non-UK company. We are evaluating and, where legally required, will appoint an EEA representative and a UK representative for data-protection matters before making the Service available in the relevant markets in a manner that triggers representative requirements. Once appointed, we will publish the representative’s name, address, and contact details in this Policy. Until then, EEA and UK privacy requests should be sent to info@reimaginehome.ai.
18. Region-Specific Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, port, or receive a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain processing; appeal a decision; or complain to a regulator. If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or a similar region, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
20. California Privacy Notice
For California residents, this section serves as our Notice at Collection. We collect the categories described in Section 3 for the purposes described in Sections 6-12. We may disclose those categories to the service-provider categories described in Section 8. We retain those categories as described in Section 13.
